Smoking is most common addiction with men and women of every age around the world. According to the general rules of health, smoking is really very harmful for a person whether it is done by men and women. It becomes more harmful for women when they are pregnant. Smoking leaves very bad effects on the health of mother and baby. Smoking is as harmful for baby in the womb as harmful for women because baby takes everything from mother. Women are strictly forbidden to smoke before, during and after pregnancy. Here we will discuss real risks of smoking for women when pregnant.
  • Smoking is very harmful in blood transition. Smoking replaces the oxygen in blood into carbon monoxide. As a result of it, baby’s blood contains less amount of oxygen. This deficiency of oxygen causes heart problems for baby in the womb.

  • Placenta is a source that feeds baby in the womb and smoking really affects it badly.
