Dangerous Beaches in The World


You become excited and think of fun, entertainment and relaxation when you think of beach and even hear about it. These things are obviously related to beach and you can spend most enjoyable time on beach. Golden sand and waves of water refresh your mind and you feel cool. Sadly speaking, beaches are luring and killing sometimes and many people have lost their lives on beautiful but dangerous beaches. You may think of what can be the dangers on beach like cool and calm place. Yes! There are many dangers you can face on beaches. Dangers on beach may include rip currents, shorebreaks, lightening, sharks, jellyfish, sea storm and sunburn. Here I am going to talk about most dangerous beaches in the world. This information can be very useful for you if you are beach lover and often spend your vacations at beach with your family and friends. You must be aware of  most dangerous beaches of the world.

Playa Zipolite

Playa Zipolite is one beautiful but dangerous beach where so many people have died for last many years. White sand and crystal water of this beach make it beautiful and it is located in Oaxaca, the southren state of Maxico. Strong undertow and changing rip currents are main dangers of this beach. Swimming in this beach is really very challanging  when water in this beach rebels. A professional guard program has been established to save people on this beach. Number of accidents on this beach has been reduced with establishment of security program on it. However, swimmers are shown red flag for uncertain condition of water and advised not to go in the deep water of this beach and stay close to the shore. Red flags are sign of alarming situation of this beach.

Hanakapiai Beach

This is another beautiful but dangerous beach of th world located in Hawaii. The coast of this beach is truely unsafe. Swimming is very risky on this beach for the dangers of strong rip currents, rip tides and shorebreaks. According to the research, i found that 82 people have been drowned in this beach. That’s why a warning sign board has been placed here to advise the visitors to avoid swimming in this beach.

Praia De Boa Viagem

This beach is called “Brazilian venice” for its beauty and urban location. It is one of most visited beach in the world. Unfortunately, dangers of sharks is here to make it dangerous as well. Almost more than 50 cases are reported in which people are attacked by sharks. Whenever you go on Praia De Boa Viagem, be careful and avoid swimming here.

New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is another shark-infested beach located at Florida, USA. A report of ISAF(International Shark Attack File) tells us that 118 shark-human incidents have been took place here. ISAF reports that these incidents took place for people spend more and more time in beach water and numbers of visitors have been increasing for last 10 years. Lightening is another issue on this beach and 71 fatal incidents are reported in this regard. The New Smyrna is many times closed for visitors for these dangers.

The Northern and Eastern Beaches

Australia is famous for its beautiful beaches in all over the world and people come here from the whole world. Northern and Eastern beaches of Australia are famed for their dangers of invisible jellyfish. Jellyfish is most deadly creations in the water animals. You will be shocked to know that 5,568 people have been died on these beaches in Australia. This is the reason these beaches come in the list of most dangerous beaches of the world. Visotors are strictly advised not to swim in water of these beaches.

The beaches mentioned above are no doubt very beauriful and offer you calm and cool atmostphere to enjoy your time but you must follow the precautions while visiting these beaches because they are deadly and dangerous too.
